WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? we’ll start with intros, intention-setting and a little info about the science behind breath. next, we’ll access the body’s incredible archive with a felt sense exercise. we’ll move into a full 75min breath session and then close with shares + a quick unconditional love meditation for the world.
